Horrible customer service. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The older lady is extremely rude and has an attitude for no reason. The older man (looks like he's his late 40s) that works with her also gives dirty looks. This place should be shut down due to all these complaints.The food is not even good to be honest. The meat is dry and not flavourful. Waste of money and time. Beware!

5/5 highly recommend. very nice lady. good customer service. tasty kebab, rice and tabbuli. freshly prepared. prices r a bit high but since its in mall, i can understand that. overall good experience. Must try their lentil rice and tabbuli. beef kofta and chicken shish keban are also adorable

Go to for fast and yummy shawarma. Nice side selections as well for salads and potatoes are always cooked well.

Under new management, the chicken shawarma and potato is lacking any flavour or spice now, before they packed the potato's with garlic and spices. The sauces were homemade and the perfect amount of heat, now it's very weak.The customer service is okay, they are very quiet. I do miss the older couple that ran villa Madina before with their family. They always asked how I was doing even if I was just grabbing a coffee from Tim's. I will try the chicken shawarma plate again in the future but It won't be for while.

Under new management. Food and service was better before. Extremely slow service. The onions on the brown rice were completely burnt and i was getting this horrible taste throughout my whole meal. And the amount of sauce was literally non existent. In addition the chicken was so dry.

I give these guys 5 stars and would do so every time I go there, their service and food are excellent each and every time.

I go their regularly. Today i went there again i was on phone and the owner was extremely rude to me while taking the order. Will not go back there again

THEE BEST Every. Single. Time. I can't tell you how many places I have gone to try shawarma, but this location and these people are by far the best!I highly recommend, and say hi! Hardest working people, best food, best prices, top notch!!

Most of the items on the menu are of decent taste. I like really the chicken items and the beet salad. But I wish they would bring back the lamb shanks, that was one of their best dish; in my opinion

Always good food and great friendly service. We have had a lot of Shawarma, and have found that there is no better place than this.

Went there after awhile and saw it was under new ownership. Food isnt prepared up to the standards that the last owners set, alot of micromanaging now. Under this ownership customer service has taken a huge hit. The older lady and her husbund were very kind and always asked how I was doing. I hope they are doing well. Now the people who work there are all students who look very depressed and have a clear "I really wish I wasn't here right now" look. Villa Madina has lost the family feeling it used to have 🙁.

Bad customer service. I was a regular. Every time I asked for extra sauce they were rude. Stopped going for two years. Came back. Still the same. Same rudeness. Same talking about me in a different language. Only this time too cheap to give napkins and their food made me sick. That's it. I'm done

Best Mediterranean cuisine restaurant. We had falafel and skewer plate. Falafel was crispy on outside has right amount of seasoning in it. I've had plenty skewer in my life this one really is the best one so far. Rice was good and salad too. Normally this kind of places don't offer good salads but here it's good.Thanks for serving good food villa madina

The place is great!. They were SO GOOD. The rice was well cooked and tasty. The sauce they provided with the food was good but a little bit strong. Not spicy and good price. The order took around twenty minutes (20’). Highly recommended.

I heard it's new owners. All I know is it was super delicious today. Falafel was perfect not dry! Great quality and quantity. My son loves the chicken shawarma

The food here is great, full of flavour and always fresh. The staff has always been friendly and courteous to me. I have tried numerous Villa Madinas throughout Ontario and this is by far the best location. Food quality is great and flavour is even better. Thank you for making great food at this location.

The only place to get a decent meal in the mall!! Portions are amazing and staff is even better. Food is always fresh. I paid for extra salad and the amount they gave me. WOW!! Hardest working people I have seen at this mall. So friendly, so courteous, so polite. Don’t go anywhere else!!! I LOVE IT HERE!!

I go to the mall just to eat here! I live for the chicken shawarma plate, and appreciate the consistent quality of it! I have gone to many a place in search of the best shawarma and still compare everything back to Villa Madina's. The tabbouleh and cabbage salads are amazing, and it's one of the few places that offers both garlic and hummus with the plate, not as additional sides. I find the customer service to be high quality with personalized interactions and friendly greetings. I will continue to visit this place regularly!

If there’s less than one star, I would’ve give it to this place. Such a bad stuff and bad customer services , rudeness and not professional. And the owner has such a bad personality.

I don't understand all of the bad reviews. This highly underrated little gem of a restaurant is the absolute favourite place in Waterloo, Ontario for my fiancee and myself to eat. My fiancee and I have been there multiple times, and the owners have been very friendly(especially the older lady who cooks the food, she is extremely kind)and accommodating. The food is absolutely delicious, some of the best food of any type that we've ever eaten. Every single dish tastes homemade with love and balance. I am baffled by the negative reviews. I am excited every single time I have the privilege of eating at Villa Madina. I pray this place never closes.

I got combo number 10.. 2 salads and vine leaves ... the salads were horrible .. bland .. tasteless and nothing what I am used to having! The tabouleh salad and cabbage salad both were stale and truly a disappointing experience! I Especially made o the trip to have the salad but to my disappointment this is what I get! Truly disgusting. And this went into the garbage! What a waste of money.

They have the best customer service, friendly people, the food is delicious and priced reasonable! It’s more than enough for one person. I don’t know why people complain. Ofc you can’t buy one plate and share ir with your entire family, lol. The older lady that works there is a sweetheart, always asks me about my day and I always leave there store with a smile.

I visited this place today and ordered chicken shawarma plate. Usually their quantities are less compared to price, but some how I got good portions today and more than enough for a single person. The food was really delicious. The reason why sm giving a three star rating is because of poor customer service. A lady (seems like owner) was blasting on a customer standing infront of me, since she had mistakenly made a wrong order. I have never seen such kind of rude behavior without any manners when a person orders food. But the other girls in the counter were good and they were also have a disgusting feeling because of owner or manager lady's rude nature.People are paying for food!! And not begging for free!!

It was my first time here, it seemed like the healthiest option with the most flavor. The lady was courteous as was the chef when i ordered my Sharma Chicken Dish. They cooked the chicken fresh so i had to wait 5 minutes, the rice, toppings, vegetables were all fresh in my opinion and very tasty and not covered in oil or salt. I showed up around 2 30pm, small lineup. I would recommend eating here again.
